I started this drawing over x-mas break, and finally kicked myself in the butt to finish it tonight. I see tons of things wrong with it, but I don't really care anymore lol

Wow. So I have a question , I have watched the show a little but I have seen alot of these 2. Are they official characters or is that just panty and stocking in some kind of demon form ?
