woa what, a DD??? thank you so much ~Asuka424 for suggesting it, and ^FrockTarts for featuring it! *A* And of course, thanks to everyone for the comments and faves!

..at least I think this is the largest Kyogre ever made so far?

Don't believe me that he's huge? watch this video of me attempting to handle him without falling over because of his weight! [link]

So Kyogre is the biggest plush I've made to date. he measures 50 inches long from nose to tail (56 including tail fins), 60 inches across(fin to fin), and 16 inches tall.

He took 3 1/2 days to sew. He took a total of about 6 meters of minky, and about 10 pounds of stuffing. his fingers and tail fins have quilt batter in them since I didn't want them to be as rounded as the rest of the plush. His eyes are machine embroidered.

I don't know if I'd be willing to make giant plushies on a regular basis though. @_@ They are quite taxing to make, and shipping gets pretty complicated for them.

All I could think of while looking at this was "How much stuffing was used to fill him up?" But then I read the artist comments :dummy:
I think he's the biggest plush I've seen on here (so far). He must be so great to cuddle with while trying to sleep. And he must be so soft ;A;

Okay let me just say you are freaking talented. A lot of your plushies look AMAZING. I'm particularly fond the the pokemon and Toothless plushies. How long did it take you to start learning how to make plushies like this? Are they more of a try, fail, and repeat sort of thing?

aww thanks!
It was pretty much all trial and error, but nowadays there's tons more resources available than when I started sewing so it's pretty easy to avoid some of the mistakes I did while learning ahah
