I know it's kind of hard to see, but it's the normal Jolteon colors. The collar is the yellow instead of white, and the body is mostly white instead of yellow, besides the tips of the ears, paws, and tail, which is all the normal Jolteon yellow color. It looks a bit light but that's just cause the darker shades are gone. The plushie definitely doesn't have to have the specks of yellow if that's too complicated.
How much do you think it would be?
That's a very interesting color variation! I think the yellow tips on the white part would be possible to make.
