I had a very pony-filled weekend. This is the Fluttershy that I completed during the livestream last Friday. Wasn't able to get nice pictures of her until I got back home today!

Posting her in my main gallery since her eyes are different from my last one, although everything else is the same.

She's 14" tall, made out of minky and has machine embroidered eyes.

For Fluttershy, I used digitize 'n stitch, but this week I started using Stitch Era and I'm getting even better results!

So, I found the 30 day trial for digitize and stitch, but I can't for the life of me figure out how to uploaded a jpeg in order to convert it.

click the first button in the tool bar on the right, that will open up the auto-digitizer wizard. The problem I had with digitize and stitch is that you can't modify the result, while Stich Era lets you.
